• Conceptualize and produce creative assets while working cross-functionally with multiple teams. Help provide tactical and strategic direction while delivering high-quality concepts and solutions at every stage of the creative process.

Graphic design and production for Dockers apparel, marketing, point of purchase displays, and internal presentations for global employees.
Key accomplishments include:
• Directly responsible for creating seasonal design concept presentations from concept to launch. Implemented key storytelling and spearheaded design for 2 presentations per year (5 total). Full ownership of project including graphic design, photography (both shooting and art directing), photo editing and retouching, music selection, and editing final presentations. Included travel and collection of local items for set design and storytelling. PowerPoint, iMovie, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Created graphics for apparel in Dockers clothing design department, including 50+ graphic T-shirts, internal and external clothing labels, and more, for apparel and accessories sold in department and specialty stores worldwide. Coordinated with 5 team members for concept and final deliverables. Coordinated directly with Senior Vice President of Dockers global clothing design for concept, presentation, and final deliverables.
• Created point of sale signage for global markets, including the US, Mexico, Europe, and Asia. Coordinated with 5 art directors and project managers in Dockers’ marketing department for concept and final deliverables. Directly responsible for design, layout, versioning, photo editing, retouching, and compositing.
• Developed and delivered licensed designs for ~2 dozen ball caps, patches, wallets, belts, and other accessories. Coordinated with head of licensing department on concept and final deliverables.
• Directly responsible for creating 20-page presentation book celebrating Dockers’ 30th anniversary, including layout and final presentation.
• Contributed layout expertise to non-apparel projects like seasonal lookbooks for marketing and design departments to be shown and shared with buyers like Macy’s and global retail partners in Mexico, Europe, and Asia.
• Directly responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with XYZ and SF Digital color retouching houses for projects related to digital retouching and compositing, color correcting, and final mechanicals. Ensured all projects were completed correctly.
• As the only graphic designer working on the Dockers design team, trained clothing designers in expert-use aspects of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
